Diane Light Waight is the Founder of Light Waight Connect, a growth and partnerships company built at the intersection of technology, entertainment, sponsorships, creator marketing, artificial intelligence, and purpose-driven business.
For more than three decades Diane has helped organizations transform emerging technologies, media opportunities, and brand relationships into commercial success through business development, strategic partnerships, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
Her experience spans advertising, media, entertainment, gaming, AI, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, sports marketing, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, creator marketing, and enterprise technology.
Throughout her career she has worked with Fortune 500 brands, startups, agencies, technology platforms, media companies, entertainment organizations, and industry associations, helping connect ideas with the right partners, audiences, and opportunities.
Today Diane brings that experience together through Light Waight Connect while also serving as Vice President of Business Development at ABX Advertising Benchmark Index™, and Co-Founder of Thumbnail GEN and YTubeBooster PRO.
